Fresh vegetables. Right now Margarita makes Huevos Rancheros (My favorite breakfast here), fish, tortas (sandwiches), etc.
She also sells fresh fish for those that want to cook for themselves.

Margarita has a beach front lot to sell north of Mahahual. It has 50 linear meters of beach front and she wants $125,000. It may actually belong to a family member and the title is clear. If you are interested in this lot please see Magarita at her Vegetable Stand over Breakfast or Lunch. I have no connection to this transaction. I offer this notice as a public service.

No signs so you have to look for it. He also has liquors and sometimes wine in the back. Also sell 5 Gallon bottles of purified water, soda and other non-perishables.
Restaurant open whenever.
His wife--Doña Amparo, makes the best conch ceviche in Xcalak.
