Important Note!!! Travel to Mexico and Back You will need an original birth certificate with a raised seal on it and drivers license with a photo. Ladies that are married and their name doesn't match on both their birth certificate and drivers license will need there marriage license as well. If you are traveling with a minor and both parents are not going you will need a letter of consent from the other parent and it needs to be notarized. It will always be easier if you will take the time and money to get a Passport, these days the immigration people will drill you pretty good when you do not have a passport and it can take some time both way into Mexico and back home to the USA.
